After driving through your state today I realized how much you need this. Never in my life have I seen so many grimy children, unfortunate women, and slack-jawed men.

I am sure there are many more poor and unfortunate folks In Texas. Check out the poverty rate in Port Authur, for example. May be you should be concerned about them first.
