I'm honestly surprised no one has hired Les Miles yet.

I know he is 64 and has maybe 5 years left in him, but he is more accomplished then any of these coaches that have been hired this season.
I'm not saying he should go to a top-tier school, but an Arkansas or Ole Miss could have looked his way. Hell, even an ACC school should pick him up.
I guess it's not over yet.. maybe the guy is just done and is now "retired."

The problem with Les is that he was reluctant to change his offense and they struggled at LSU with elite players. His style would be horrendous at somewhere with below average talent. Just look at how bad Arkansas was with Bert.

If Les had evolved his offense he'd still be at LSU and kicking arse.

I think he's just going through the motion to satisfy the buyout agreement of actively looking for work. $125k a month is worth faking interest in a job.

Prediction: Towards the end of the Matt Luke era, Ole Miss changes mascot from "Land Shark" to "Hammerhead" and immediately hires Les Miles.

Who knows how Morris will pan out for us but at least I'm excited about the possibilities.
I would be livid had we hired Les and would have zero excitement or expectations. I truly don't understand how people think he's such a get.
