UAB's going to be tougher than some expect. They've got a decently good team. It would be nice to shut them out, but I doubt it.
This is going to be a big letdown game for the Dawgs, I'm afraid. Still, we'll win.

Kirby has his hands full trying to keep the Dawgs from being to confident after the big win vs Clemson. Dawgs need to be serious from the kick making sure they don't allow UAB to believe they can stick around.

I will be rooting for UGA in that game. It is my personal opinion that the UAB football program shouldn't even exist. Why our chancellor continues to let them survive is completely beyond my capacity.

As long as Georgia is patient, runs the ball , and run play action off of it, they will be fine.
Saying that because they said beck will start, but jt will try to play.
Uab has a good defense but no offense. I would just keep the ball from them and pound them inside. Don’t pass with the redshirt freshman qb too much. You can work on opening the offense up at practice when jt is back. Just get out of this week with a win .
Uab won’t score touchdowns so don’t give them extra possessions by trying to prove you can be explosive when the starter isn’t playing much anyway
I think this game will tell us how much kirby is listening or not listening to the outside world. If he comes out throwing all over the field then it will tell you that he’s nervous about the offense and the pressure that will come with more games of a lackluster passing game.
If he runs the hell out of it , like he should with the backup, then that tells me that he doesn’t care about what anyone thinks and that a win is a win.
