If you’re Sam Fattman or part of the Arky football program, whats your recruiting pitch?

You are an obese offensive lineman coach with limited knowledge on both sides of the ball. Your assistants are below average , and your program is in a downward spiral. What do you tell recruits? Your academics are in the middle of the pack in the SEC. What is your go to reason for why any respectable recruit should attend Arky. I see an entire decade of misery ahead.

He was an all-american defensive end in college. He knows something about defense.
Offensive line is at least the second most important position group on every team (QB being arguably #1). He’s one of the best at it.
Although it’s “average” by SEC standards, our home field is one of the best in the nation. Our town is one of the best college towns in the nation. Our region is one of the best areas to live. If you’re not getting a schollie to Texas, OU, or LSU and you’re from one of those states, Arkansas is a very attractive option.
