If you're an LSU fan, why are you confident this weekend?

For me, it's the numbers between the 3 common opponents, being UF, AU, AtM.
LSU vs those 3
115 - 55
UGA vs those 3
64 - 44
LSU's questionable defense gave up 10 more pts to those 3 compared to UGA's outstanding defensive performance. LSU's offense almost double UGA's offensive production.
Hoping for a safe clean game and GEAUX TIGERS!

I'm not. I see that UGA is going to win easily. Their top ranked defense in the country is going to suffocate Burrow. Plus Fromm is so much better than Fields, that UGA kept Fromm. Look for Fromm to put up video games numbers against our defense, the same defense that gave up 72 to Vandy.

you have to be a little nervous, knowing Georgia is talented and a good team.
but their offensive scheme is outdated and they are without too many stars. fromm is a top qb but you can't have a great qb without great wr's. we've seen that this year. so lsu can man up on the wr's and stack the box to stop the run.
could get ugly.

I'm confident in our ability to beat UGA, purely based on how the season has played out.
But as individual games and the infinite possible variables go, I am nervous about the outcome as I always am against a great SEC team. It gets more prominent in my gut with each passing day.
I'll be a wreck on Saturday and during the game unless and until it becomes apparent that we have victory in hand.

I wouldn’t say I’m confident, but hopeful that the defense really has turned the corner. If they have I think we’ve got a very good chance but I’m not sold on that yet.

Agreed. If we come to play and play hard I could see a final of UGA 65 to LSU 51. That'll require a ton of money though to refs. And if you haven't been keeping up over the last week, Aggies have reminded how poor we are. So don't expect any help here.

Bo Nix outplayed Fromm in the Auburn game and thats really all you need. Burrow will torch them.
