If you were Arch would you rather play for Texas or Texas A & M?

I’d pick Texas A & M for 5 reasons:
1. A & M has more long term stability in the coaching position. Jimbo will definitely be there at least 5 years due to his contract. Sark could get canned in 2-3.
2. Jimbo is a national championship winning head coach. Sark is known as Seven Win Steve
3. Jimbo is a qb whisperer
4. Jimbo made subpar qbs Christian ponder and EJ Emmanuel into nfl qb’s back to back.
5. Jimbo groomed Heisman winnner Jamieis Winston who’s still in the NFL.

Pass, we need accurate dual threats, I can’t see Manning running the option. Max running the option is pretty cool tho lol I think Max is starting to like to run.
Plus, we are in a good spot for DJ Lagway. The horn plan is Ewers then Manning. The Aggie plan is work hard on Lagway so he can start after Connor. Card is a place holder this year. Max has this year, maybe next before Connor.

No way would I ever go to either. I question his judgement.

Arch chose Texas because it is a storied program in a world-class city with a coach he connected with. Arch understands that if Texas does a few things right, he can have a role in returning Texas to greatness.
As for Arch considering A and M, my guess is that he considers the school, it’s traditions, the town and its coach all to be non-starters. But it’s just a guess.
If it helps I bet Arch liked Georgia a lot.

Who are you talking about? We aren’t recruiting Manning. I figured OP is asking if we would take Manning, which is interesting bc Georgia finished 2nd in his recruiting. This thread should probably ask if Manning is better starting at tu or Georgia.
