Carrer wise or historically or big picture? Of course not, considering saban is unequivocally and undoubtedly the best CFB coach of all time.

Kirby is the best coach in college football right now.
He lost FIVE first round draft picks on defense and it’s like it doesn’t matter. We still have the #1 scoring defense in FBS.

In Kirby’s overall body of work, I’d say no. He did, however, win one quicker than Saban.

He'll be tied with Saban and Dabo but it will take a while to surpass them, resume'-wise. But he's only 46 so he's got plenty of time.

Eh Dabo has 2 championships and I don't think anyone is trying to say he passed Saban.

The only big success dabo has had in 15 years as a HC is with "generationally elite" 1st round transcendent talent at QB. The other roughly 10 years of his tenure without those 2 have been pretty lackluster especially considering the entiretey of his career has been in the woefully pathetic ACC.

Busted syealing signs now all his coordinaters left and he has a bunch of coaches with little to none college coaching experience.
