True.
Tulane hasn't won more than 5 games since 2002. The last two years they won 2 games per season.
Outside of Tommy Bowden's two year tenure and the 2002 season, they have been abysmal going back to the early 80s.
Going forward, La. Tech has far more potential to pose a challenge to LSU than Tulane.
Tech gave Johnny Football all he could handle last year and made them travel to Shreveport.

Arkansas was the game that I would go home for because I knew I could much more easily get tickets (because of the lack of interest from our fanbase relative to bigger games like Bama, Florida and Auburn) and see the folks at Thanksgiving all in one trip.
I don't know if A&M at Thanksgiving is going to draw much more interest because a lot of students don't like coming back the day after Thanksgiving but I don't recall there being much excitement at all on campus about playing Arkansas.
