If TN had hired him, this board would have been raking TN over the coals for hiring a guy associated with the PSU scandal. But because they nixed the deal, they're getting raked over the coals for wronging an innocent man.

If it was MY son? I wouldn’t ever want him around anyone associated with anyone that had anything to do with that program.
As an outside individual considering hiring him? I’d need to know who was alleging it and the likelihood that it was a truthful allegation.

Allegedly, some one else told some one else, I mean we can play this game all day. Something is wrong with ruining a mans livleyhood over heresay. At this point it just amounts to gossip. To convict someone even in the court of public opinion on these charges you need more proof than gossip.

If Peyton Manning allegedly assaulted a female sexually in the UT football complex and the HC knew it and helped cover it up UT fans would be ok with it.
