Hires Dan Mullen as OC he’ll win another title before he retires. Dude can flat out coach offense.

I would think he would. Mullen is a good OC, a good QB coach as well. He balances his run/pass really well and he has won a National Title as an OC.

People forget the offenses he put together at Florida under Urban Meyer.

They were incredible.

I don’t think Mullen would be interested unless all he had to do was schematics and actual coaching.

No he won't. Dan Mullen needs to stay away from Ttown.

He clearly likes a running QB and we happen to have one. Having said that, I think we go with Lebby.

Pretty much every OC under Saban at Alabama had limited input on recruiting. Mostly local prospects and obviously input on QBs.

If Mullen's responsibilities are limited to these things I'd be on board with the hire. Keep him way the frick away from everything else. Really just lock him in the coaches box and install a little window at the bottom of the door to slide him food through so he never has to interact with another human being aside from calling in plays during a game.
