If Saban loses this game does it take anything away from his Legacy?

He’s one championship away from tying the Bear. If he drops his second national championship in a row, do you take that from him if wins a 6th or does it even matter?

No, he’s the best HC ever

Why would it? He's tGOAT...

The Bear actually had seven if you count one at Kentucky, but he also played fewer games and never had to win a sanctioned NC game against the #1 or #2 team.

No. Not one bit. Not a fan these days, but the man is an amazing coach.

Probably takes everything away from his legacy.

No Deshaun Watson is a hell of a QB, no shame losing that game and if he were to lose to Georgia, you are talking about playing against a Coach who has been with Nick for a long time. And in no way am I predicting Georgia to win just answering the question.

Bama could go 0-12 next season and Saban could helicopter swing his dick in a press conference and his legacy would not be diminished.

No. Bill B loses in the NFL accidentally too. Still the best of all time

He won an SEC Title at UK, not a national title.
Saban should have a couple more than he does now at BAMA too.

Don't know about diminishing his legacy but he's probably on the hot seat if he loses.

About the only thing that would ruin his legacy now is some kind of giant scandal - like what happened at Penn State or if he pulls a Petrino and gets caught with a young coed GF.

He has his team playing in the championship game for the sixth time in 10 years, while narrowly missing out in '08, '13, and '14.
2010 was the only year he wasn't truly competitive for a title by the last regular season game, which oddly enough may have been his most experienced returning offense.
So, no, I don't think the result of the CFP this year would affect his legacy either way. As it has been said, he is the greatest CFB coach in most of our lifetimes.

I would say no. We are living in a time that will be looked back to as when a legend coached at bama.
Does anyone from another fan base even hate Saban? Or even the team or program? Only thing I hate about bama is all the retard band wagoners.

I know that’s an attempt at humor, but there’s a small group of spoiled Bama fans that would start to question him.

Hey our forum is already full of people blasting his personnel decisions 4 days out from the NC game.

No matter what, he’s the best college football coach of all time.

Will never understand how this team lost three games with the amount of talent they had.

The Bear lost de facto championship bowl games.
