If plays were reviewable say 1980 until 2005 or whenever it was instituted.

How many of your school's L'S would be W'S?

For me 1983 AU game Bo over the top.
The 1983 P.S.U. game bad call in a great catch and obvious crooked ref.

Of course even with review they still don't sometimes get it right as we witnessed last year.

And Alabama fans say that LSU fans bitch about the refs to often, you're complaining about games from nearly forty years ago.

I think Alabama and LSU would probably swap or come close to swapping some games. LSU appears to get the INT in one game when they were called out, and on another got an INT that would have been called back.

But oh well. All we can do is speculate.

Those damn losses to Tech in 98 (Joe Hamilton fumbled the ball before their game winning FG) and 99 (Jasper Sanks was clearly down before he fumbled).

LSU @ Mississippi State 1999.
MSU player was down before crossing the goal line as time was running out, but crawled the last yard or two, and it was called a touchdown. Replay showed it wasn’t even close. Only State win over LSU between 1992 and 2014.

Well yall claim 64 when Arkansas was the better team.

Why doesn't OP make a thread next about championships that are claimed by Alabama?

Alabama claims what poll named them national champions. The AP and coaches/UPI. Why would Alabama not claim both major polls for a season?

Bama fans asking about replay.

Probably want to revisit the11 players on the field or Renfro Pick rule now too.

But those were plays that happened in the “review era”.

What in the hell does your arbitrary opinion of 'better team' have to do with objective reality? The AP and Coaches polls disagree with you.

So I guess Willy Taylor and I are truly the #1 and #2 posters on the rant, since a poll was taken. Why shouldn't we claim that title?

Were you ranked #1 and #2 in the poll(s) that everyone agreed were the ones that mattered going into the season? Then sure, why not? I know he needs the attention. Do you?
