If LSU wins - should Bama get a second shot?

Let’s say LSU wins a close one this Saturday. Bama’s one loss is a close win to the new #1 team on the road.
Their loss would be better than UGA’s blowout, much better than Ohio St and Washington St’s losses to unranked teams. The only other contender would be Michigan who isn’t assured to win out.
Would Alabama deserve a second shot at LSU in the playoffs?

Yeah they've really earned it with their multiple quality wins and they still have a few available left on the schedule.

The real answer is nobody knows since there are so many games left. Maybe yes, maybe no.

Probably not. 1 loss champs from the B1G, Big 12, and PAC12 will all be more deserving

Bottom line: of the one loss teams, whose loss would be more attractive?
Deep down inside, I don't expect that most LSU fans feel that their team is worse than Purdue.
