The polls love UGA and hate LSU, so I will say UGA remains top 7 and LSU will be 8-10 range. Amirite?

Georgia would probably still be ranked higher in the Coaches/AP polls, unless LSU won by a lot.
LSU will be ranked higher in the first CFP poll, assuming LSU is 7-1 when the first rankings are released on October 30th.
Both would be top 7.

LSU would have 3 top 10 wins and UGA would have 0 wins vs ranked opponents. Should be obvious who should be ranked higher....

Considering UF just beat LSU, and is still ranked behind them... you do the math

Uh nope, only 1.
Currently L7u has 0 top 10 wins.
Au is 21 and Miami is 16
Top 25

UGA would still be ranked higher. However, it would show serious holes the dawg squad.

Florida beat LSU and LSU is still ranked higher, plus Georgia can't lose, so there's that!!!

Should be: LSU
Would be: UGA
Would be: UGA

But that’s the thing. It was a very close game that could have gone the other way. It was also in the swamp. Would that be taken into high consideration.
I think LSU would jump back to 5 or 6 and Georgia to 6 or 7.

Ya gotta win first buddy

The coaches poll and the AP poll have zero bearing on anything anyway. As far as LSU being hated in the polls, they were at five or six in the country! They lost, they dropped. That is how it works.
ETA: Georgia will probably remain ranked higher. LSU beat Florida, yet we are still above Florida in the polls. It makes no sense, but it happens. It's a good thing the polls don't mean anything.

Wasn't LSU #5 not even a week ago?

You clearly don’t get how it works. LSU gets credit for where teams are ranked when they play them, even if they’ve proven to be shitty since (I.e., Auburn and Miami).

I pointed this out in the rant and got slammed. Apparently preseason rankings matter now.

LSU will not jump that high. Besides for the reason you listed above for Florida did they change the venue or is Georgia not playing at LSU

Well, this isn't true.
