Sounds like Alabama in the 2000s. Your time will come around again.

Maybe to a certain extent. But our lean years are much fewer and farther apart than you seem to think.

LSU won a national championship and played for another in the last 10 years, but setting that goal in unrealistic? Ok.

The last 10-15 years is an anomaly for LSU. The 0 hire has all but guaranteed your decension to your rightful, historical middle-of-the- pack status.

LSU was top 20 in wins prior to your stated 15 year period.

Try harder.

To us, that's middle-of-the-pack. Sorry, not sorry.

That's ok. "Middle of the pack" is probably a difficult concept to grasp for many.

So, LSU wakes up and starts being successful like they should and you want to just disregard it? Pretty dumb.

Maybe I am in the minority but I have never been upset at a recruit for where he chose to go play. Ever

Me either, but there's nothing terribly wrong about it, unless you become a dick to the recruit or just become really weird about it.

No one reads DD anymore.

And no where in that post does he bash the player for wanting to go to UCLA.

Yeah I don't agree with this at all. 95% of the people that I spoke with regarding the Carter situation are relieved he is no longer committed. He is a 3 star running back whose commitment had 2 of the top rb's in the country drop us from their top 3.

You might be right...but at least we don't kill people, animals or trees over football. So we have that going for us.

Then why did Coach O go out of his way to get him to commit. He would have just let him go the first time he committed to UCLA

But if say Tua decided to flip to Oregon and sign there I just couldnt imagine being upset about it. Do you want a kid to come play for you if he doesnt want to be there? I mean I guess I can see being disappointed that they dont but this is someones' life and I want them to make decisions for themselves and not to please some fanbase.

Maybe because LSU is in need of RB's and he happens to be the best in state this year. If you're gonna troll, at least be somewhat believable. No one is upset this kid is going to UCLA, nor are they trying to make his life miserable. That's bama's thing.

If their main goal is to get to the NFL, LSU is the premier school. Numbers don't lie.
