If Freeze gets the Auburn job, Jimbo and Kelly are 2nd tier coaches in SEC West

Freeze is the guy that will make A&M and LSU lose millions in hiring coaches that aren't up to snuff. Saban, Lane, and Freeze are a few notches above Jimbo, Kelly and Leach.

I'm not worried at all. But, a Brian Kelly hire isn't much better than a Harsin hire in the SEC West.

Freeze is a guy I would want to succeed Saban. Freeze is the real deal.

Freeze has Saban's number. And with Auburn's resources, more so.

And now that pay-for-play is legal, it would be very difficult for them to run him out of Auburn.
Alabama, and the rest of the SEC for that matter, had better hope that Auburn doesn't hire him.

Hard to argue with OP given the number of divisional and conference championships won by Freeze and Lane, as well as their appearances in the playoffs……

Freeze did not do well against Bert for God's sake. Bert. Nobody is laying awake at night worrying about Freeze slinking back into the SEC West.
