Does that keep them out of the playoffs if the forfeit keeps them from the SECCG? The East champ has no losses and the team replacing bama wins the game. Possibly 3 SEC teams make the playoffs?

I’d still have a hard time imagining 3 SEC teams getting in. Whoever loses the Conference title game is probably the team that still most likely gets left out.

It could be a way to backdoor your way into playoffs for sure
SEC Title game gives you opportunity for another quality win
It would depend on the game you would have to forfeit

For example, if Bama doesn't get opportunity to play a team like UGA in title game that would hurt more than it would help

If Bama had to forfeit a Texas A&M or Florida game that would not be good for their schedule and body of work

Not a problem. Little Nicky will force every Gump player to be vaccinated even if he has to tie them down!

This again? Alabama was missing players and assistants versus LSU. One or the other was missing for nearly every game in 2020.

When you begin a post with a blatant lie, do you really expect anyone to take the rest of your post seriously?

LSU didn't have any players opt out last year. Incredible.

It goes well with the "every team Bama played consisted of walk-ons because every starter was out due to Covid" narrative.

Bama could forfeit the whole regular season, and still be in the playoffs.

It's called Bama privilege

Remind me how many national championships BAMA has won despite not being in the SECCG? That would be 2. Has 2011-12 really been that long purple people?

Why lie?

This isn’t remotely True, be better!

Alabama had multiple players miss games throughout the season Bc of Covid restrictions. Multiple RB, WR, DL, DB missed games…now they were 3rd string or practice squad, but they were out. Do some homework before posting.

LSU game had more assistants out than that, but I think the ones you listed are on field, where as the others weren't.

Also, Kellen Robinson was an opt out for the year.

Amazing how they think if they keep saying it they will make it be true.

An 11-0 Alabama will still get a playoff spot over a team it could have smashed but Bama didn’t get to play them. Look at Ohio last year.
