Auburn is sad this year man. 4-8, Chiz let go at seasons end.

What do you think this board would be like if Bama was 0-2 and looked like complete crap in their last game? I'm sure the Saban threads would be few and far between. If you want to consider yourself a big time SEC program then you have to take the flaming that goes with it. Notice how few Ole Miss and Vandy flame threads are started.

Yea to be honest I dont really care anymore. After the first two games, you can bash Chiz all you want, he'll be gone if the season is a complete diaster as 3-9 or even 4-8 IMO. There will be too much heat

If that's the case then I'm just gonna put this here, and let everyone know he was at 76th last week.
Just for fun.

based on what I have seen so far,3-9 is a real possibility. To be honest,I like Chizik as a person. He is what a man is supposed to be like, but as my HC, I think he is over his head at AU. I would think the NC would get him another year, but what concerns me the most is the pisspoor fundamentals that have plagued us since he has been here

Well, if they win on Saturday, they will be winning more than 3 games for sure. If they lose on Saturday, this is a fair discussion.
But I see them winning 5 games, and I don't think 6 is all that far fetched.

You're right. You just care about how much we care...

If Chizik goes 3-9 that will be a vast improvement from the first two games. If we play the same through the year without improvement, we will win 1 game and even then I could see him returning for another year.
When a coach gets the first national championship in 50+ years, that buys him a long leash that he really has to frick up several times to shorten up.

If ULM wins Sat. where do 3 wins come from?

Frazier makes Auburn only have a running game and it allows other teams to blitz and neutralize the rush / Scare the poop out of the young QB. It sucks seeing Auburn look so bad..

Too much overreaction all over this board to each individual week...
Starts 1-4...finishes 7-6 and is impressive in the final month of the season. This has gone exactly how the rest of us saw it going, maybe not the offensive ineptitude, but the W/L record anyway. There was always going to be an acclimation period and growing pains, both on O and D. I fully expect to see that start improving this week and going forward.
They will be decent/good by the time this year is over. The O and D will progressively get better and better every week until there is some excitement leading into next year.

No. But he will have a welding torch under his testicles for 2013 if he goes 3-9. Loeffler will definitely be gone if that happens.

If Frazier gets his shite together something good can happen
More than anything, they need to free Frazier up to make plays. The style is handcuffing his skillset too badly so far and causing him to lose confidence. Doesn't take anything earth shattering to make this happen. Run some option, roll him out, throw some screen and draw passes... just do the little things to let him build confidence. He's going to be fine by the time it is over if he gets utilized correctly and doesn't get his confidence totally destroyed...
