10 Years seems like a lifetime commitment. Does anyone know if there are some minimal performance clauses?

Honestly, they'll just fire Fisher and pay his buyout and then go get another big name coach.

At this point, why would anyone think differently?

Jimbo can’t turn water to wine. They’ll be what they’ve been since forever. Avg 7-8 wins a season

gotta think an "evergreen" type buyout that's capped and then diminishes in year 6 or 7.

Then again.. in 4 years owing a guy a $45M buy out (6 years x $7.xxM annually) may not be that bad compared to the market. Aggy history spells doom re: contracts.. maybe they got smarter or luckier as the market develops.
