If Saban continues to slander Jimbob and his players, and none of them sue then we will know the truth. I don't think any of them want to go through the Discovery period in a lawsuit. I hope Saban keeps running his mouth, maybe one of these morons will bite, and try to sue.

This is a good point. Jimbo could have consulted with Daniel for hiring good defamation attorneys. Maybe Jimbo knows that Saban was telling the truth.

They're too busy trying to get their story straight.

Everybody knows that when the NCAA eventually gets these kids across the table, they'll sing like birds.

Aggy is fricked, just not the way they like to get fricked.

All the TAMU attorneys are busy with Daniel's lawsuits against this website.

Why would Texas A&M waste time trying to sue something that is going to drag on and not worth it. If Texas A&M get punished for anything related to NIL, then there would be a lawsuit.

A t-sip who doesn't understand the "public figure" aspect of defamation litigation? How.....normal.

It’s not against the law to lie.

A lawsuit would only have any merit if Saban’s comments somehow affected Jimbo’s job. I can go into more detail but it’s really that simple.

People lie all the time. It only matters if it affects one’s ability to make a living.

What would they sue for? Defamation has to lead to a loss or damages. None of that has happened.

jimbo isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer. He's in WAY over his head and there's no way he can dig himself out of the hole he's in. Plus, he's attempting to go head to head with the King of college football, which will not end well for him. When all is said and done, little jimmy will be lucky to get a High School coaching job.
