If 4th and 25 had happened between Aub/AL or OSU/Mich would it be considered a top 5

4th and 25 was a matter of pure defensive incompetence.

It would not have happened between good teams.

I do not care what anybody else says, the situation (4th and 25) and the way the play went is definitely an all-time play.

How bad did Ole miss beat A&M that year three touchdowns?

It wasn't a great play, it was a fluke play. Yeah, the Kick Six, Aub/GA, Stanford/Cal etc, etc, all had some fluke like similarities, but 4th and 25 was just playground bullshite that happened to work. The play was ugly to the core but choreographed to perfection in regards to shattering an Ole Miss fan's hopes and dreams.

It was the best play for Bama that year by far.

Ole Miss would've won the West and destroyed Florida in '15, so yeah, it would've definitely had some implications. Alabama probably still makes the playoffs but we'll never know.

ETA: Yes, Florida skullfricked the Rebs in Gainesville that year with a juiced up Will Grier. Treon Harris wasn't winning that game in Atlanta.

Florida beat your arse 38-10 in 2015 and would've done the same in Atlanta that year

Where did I mention A&M in the same sentence as "good team" especially the 2015 version?

And that was the year Ole Miss lost to MEMPHIS. So, NO. That was NOT a good team.

So, quit projecting your insecurities, you sensitive little shite.

Negative.

Everyone knows what the greatest play of all time is. No matter what team you root for, there’s only one choice.

1. The longest a play can possibly be
2. The least amount of time possible on the clock
3. Championship implications
4. Yuge rivalry
5. Everyone was watching

It was... simply... unforgettable.

There.... Goes.... _______....

Now that's just silly. After Grier was suspended for cheating you went 4-4 down the stretch with this on the resume:

9-7 win over a 4-8 Vanderbilt team
24-14 win at 3-9 South Carolina
Overtime to fend off FAU
27-2 loss at home vs. FSU
Alabama L
Steamrolled by Michigan 41-7

Ole Miss would've named the score in Atlanta.

Maybe if it had more meaning behind it.

All that happened was Ole Miss didn’t go to Atlanta. Again.

As much as it pains me to say, I agree with this. Grier was the reason UF steamrolled OM that season. They were a complete 180 in the opposite direction after that suspension. No way they beat OM in Atlanta.
