I'd like to know the record for the longest any team has gone without a turnover...

Cause I understand Bama has gone 34 quarters without a turnover. Is that right? That's amazing. Over 8 games without a turnover is incredible.

Last turnover was a Jalen INT in the 1st half vs Auburn last season.

2nd half Auburn
Florida
Washington
Clemson
Florida State
Fresno State
Colorado State
Vanderbilt
Ole Miss

All I can find is that it is the longest streak since 1940.

I just found that the NFL record is 7 games by the Patriots in 2010, who also sat the record that year for the fewest turnovers in a season.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts and Alabama (4-0) haven't turned the ball over since he threw two interceptions in the second quarter against Auburn last season. It's the longest turnover-free streak in school records that date back to 1940.

Pretty damn impressive

This article is the most up-to-date one I can find. Add in the 75 plays that Alabama ran from scrimmage against Ole Miss, and the streak increases to 625 straight plays without a turnover.

Like most turnover stats, we have had our fair share of luck involved (some dropped INTs, some fumbles we recovered). However, in 2017 we have really protected the ball well. Not a lot of bad decisions.

Must say that Alabama's offense looks more scary this year than I've seen it in a few years. Good luck to y'all for the rest of the season.

I feel bad for Patterson. He's a stud and Longo's offense is just a complete joke. Those receivers and Patterson should at the very least be scoring points every game.

Patterson was beat to shite on Saturday and kept running around trying to make plays.

Our OL has been a problem for years. We never can seem to put together a good lineup that knows how to properly block.

I also feel bad for Shea and the WR's. Hope that we can pull something together this season so that they don't transfer. Can't really blame them if they decide to leave, though.
