I wonder what the fan split will be at the game?

Clemson travels well, but you've got to think the newness of playing in these games has somewhat warn off.... LSU being in their home state has a solid advantage.
I had the opportunity to attend the Alabama vs. LSU game in 2011, and despite the fact that the game was in New Orleans I'd say it was exactly a 50/50 split. There was no clear LSU fan advantage which somewhat surprised me since I figured they'd have more opportunity to snatch up corporate tickets.
Not sure if that will be the case this year. I'm thinking 60/40 LSU. Thoughts?

It should be very obvious at the start of the 4th qtr.

60/40 is probably about right, maybe a little more than that in LSU's favor.

Based on the informal poll of fans I've seen here, it's 75-80% LSU.

Slight edge to LSU. Won’t be a home stadium advantage by any means.

That’s people just walking around though and enjoying the moment, local LSU fans. That won’t be the same as people who actually have tickets.

True. I know tons of Clemson fans who skipped PHX this year in anticipation of this. New Orleans is obviously closer to LSU but it’s also the second closest national spot for Clemson after Atlanta.

I'd say 60% would be the conservative estimate, but could approach 70%.

70% LSU
30% Clensom
0% A1abana

I was there too, and I'd say that it was at least 60-40 LSU.

Who knows? But fans of all schools will be attending the egg bowl next year

Didn't seem that way to me. Outside the stadium, yes. But inside I was impressed with Bama's crowd considering it was inside LSU's home state

65% LSU, maybe 70% depending on how the corporate tickets filter out

65 percent in stadium to LSU. Maybe slightly more. If Ohio State was in this game closer to 50/50

wasn't anywhere close to 50/50 the last time LSU played them in New Orleans. Why would this year have been different?

Large student body with huge alumnl over. Huge. Just more OSU fans than Clemson. OSU fairly affluent
