I wonder how far Arkansas will fall in the rankings?

When they lose to the Bearcats. Most projections seem to have them in the 10-20 range and they do return a lot of talent so I agree they deserve the hype. Shame it will soon be over

I would feel better if more players had returned but it is what it is. No one does more with less than coach Fickell so I am optimistic.

Alabama ran for over 300 yards on that defense last season.
Alabama was the 10th best rushing offense in the SEC a season ago.
Cincinnati lost 6 starters on defense.

Cincy has a great coach, but this isn't last season's Bearcats. I think Arkansas wins.

I don't know, if the Hogs were to post a lackluster win over a no-name team like the Catbears I could see them falling a spot or two.

That is fair. Our coach is the only reason I believe we can win but we lost a lot and Arkansas says they return everyone.

This is where coach Fickell thrives. The guys he brought in to replace our seniors can play and will be better than the guys we lost.

That’s great and all, but those replacements won’t be on the level of talent as Arkansas.
Arkansas led the P5 in rushing last year, and return basically everyone. You let Alabama rush for 300 yards, and they were one of the worst in the SEC.

We may actually drop after beating Cinci. Corrections happen when one team is so overrated and the games are over at the half.

Who says that? We hit the portal hard after several starters went to the NFL, graduated, or hit the portal due to signals they were not keeping their spots..
I expect 4-5 starters that weren't even on the team last year... and that may just be on Defense
