I still think the Hogs take series against LSU, but who knows?

Ark used up all their good pitching. LSU will win. No shame in that.

We’re in a much better situation than Arky from a pitching standpoint. I won’t guarantee a win like you did, but I feel really good about our chances.

We probably lose but taking one game in their stadium from the best team in the country isn't a bad thing. It is not easy to stroll into LSU's backyard and win in baseball.

Apparently per rant rumor LSUs best reliever hurt himself lifting. Arkansas still has a good starter and closer available. LSU the same with Hurd and Edwards and who knows if the rant rumor on Ackenhausen is true.

Both teams are really good regardless who wins the next game. Obviously both sides want the dub.

Didn't you say yesterday that you were concerned about your bullpen? When every LSU fan on tRant, yesterday, was saying our team sucked, I said Arkansas is a great team, so just relax. I was concerned about our bullpen, because it seems they give up a lot of runs. It's just baseball, so here's to a good 3rd game.

Yes. Seemed as if DVH didn’t want to throw any of them there in game 1 of todays DH.
Also noticed Tygart in the pen in game 1. He has been out the last couple of weeks and was our best BP option last season in late innings.

Looks like Dave was saving the best of the rest for game 3 to try to win the series.
NC State took a butt whipping in game 1 against us a couple of years ago in order to save pitchers to try to win the series and it paid off. We’ll see if we have enough left. LSU is a very good hitting team, but we can be too against the right guys.
Should be an interesting game.
Btw, I liked the 10 run rule today, no sense in stretching out a snoozer when it wasn’t in doubt and take a chance of unnecessary injuries. We had no chance to win it.

Please, I wasn't talking to you. You know what you speak of. It was the sky is falling... oh wait... we are invincible LSU fans.
LSU has an amazing team. Taking a game from them at home is great. If we manage to win the next one it would be amazing. I expect to lose but I'm hoping for a good game. Two top 5 programs going at it early in conference play? This is what you usually have to wait until the final week of football to see.
