It really is satisfying distracting yourself with something else then looking at the score seeing “oh shite. We are up 5-1 in the 7th! Awesome!”

I’ll keep working. Watching a close game come down to Bianco would be a bit much. The only way we got here is hitting. We get a crack in the door of a close game and we don’t dream of bunting. Sigh.

Poor kids fought their asses off to get this far and you want to turn on them in the game to make the finals.
While WAOM is funny due to some sports shortcomings, it’s hard not to attribute the majority of it to the sad fan base.

I’m not defending anyone but bunting with the bases loaded is the lowest percentage play you can make. There are four places to get an out and home plate is the closest and easiest

Normally I would agree but Arkansas wasn’t playing the bunt. If we send everyone and get one down the third base line, we get a guy home, move the others up to second and third and possibly get another on.
