I love college football...but...

I believe it’s God’s sport and absolutely crave it.
However, I’m not sure how an establishment of higher learning can justify the dangers it presents their ‘student athletes’.
Many schools make a lot of money on football, so they’ll give lots of half-assed reasons inside of pretzel logic. But truth be told, public schools at all levels are really no place for this kind of violence.
How long before it’s banned?
(I won’t even get into the idiocy around bass fishing.)

I agree....we need to return to the glory days when rowing was the #1 collegiate sport.....

This one time, during the NFL draft, I saw a Mizzou defensive end kiss another man on the lips and then smear cake on his face. And that was the gayest thing I ever saw until I read your post.

Who knows man? My old man played flag football in a Marine Corpse league back in the day, and he said there were many injuries on the line too. Lawsuits and concussions are taking us in a different direction, is all I know.
