I like the new Bama poster strategy I’m seeing...

An admission of the fact that the SEC protects them, that they buy players, PEDs, etc...Bama cheats better than you, what are you gonna do about it?

I’m serious. You guys have all the bases covered:
- network of bagmen in every major recruiting area;
- businessmen willing to pay (REC);
- coach smart enough to orchestrate and stay in shadows;
- buy families, not just players;
- control SEC football officials;
- control SEC offices headquartered in your state;
- control admissions (See admission of players that were thought to be grade casualties and keeping them eligible);
- no drug suspensions because no drug tests; and
- control the NCAA (See Emmert).
By comparison, Ole Miss bought players but had no conference coverage and preferential referee treatment. They didn’t have the tail coverage and got ruined.
Bama has all points covered. It’s actually really impressive when you think about it. The only comparator I can think of is Goldman Sachs.

Goldman hedges for and against the same stuff, collapses the economy but had so much coverage by placing people throughout the government that they got bailed out. No jail, not sanction, millions of dollars instead.
