Since my team is out of it, I'm pulling for this kid, for many reasons. Kid could have opted for NFL and been a top 10 pick without ever taking another college snap. But he never wavered in his committment to play this year, even when the B!G cancelled the fall season. He helped in getting it reinstated with over 300,300 petitions to play. Even though he is still admonished by some Georgia fans for the decision he made he has never said anything negative about Georgia and remained humble. I don't blame Kirby for the decision he made and hindsight is just that, hindsight, but this kid is explosive.

Wrong. Race-baiting POS wants his Heisman. That's it. Nothing else. He couldn't give a frick about Ohio State or anything else. He should have honored his commitment to Georgia. Flounder face will get dragged around in the NFL.

Wasn't his entire reason for leaving due to the "racist environment" there?

I'd take them over Bama or Clemson but that's about it

He's actually a very good kid with a very nice family. I don't care for Ohio State but I'd love to see the hometown kid win the Heisman.

LOL... Well, duh, yeah.... Who doesn't. Do you think he id different than anyone else? What is he suppose to play for? All the great ones want it. I'm sure that the fact OSU is so loaded this year also was a determining factor. (2) 1st round players (Davis and Wade) opted back in when the season was re-instated. I would to. What's wrong with that? You sound envious?

If he were at Gawja this year, they would win the Natty.

Isn't there a Big 10 board you can post this on? We are still talking about how Arkansas got cheated this weekend.

Yes, you are right.... haters are going to be haters, regardless, and this freak is definitely one.

I would be with you and take your word for it if he hadn't used race as a way to get out of a commitment. Obviously he had family support for this choice. As such, in my book, they're all cockroaches.

So, should Joe Burrow have honored his committment to OSU...

That uses fake racist events that never happened for gain.

Thats not what I consider "very nice"

But it absolutely DID happen. The piece of shite who started the ball rolling is currently trying to sue UGA because he was kicked off the baseball team.

Not the same thing and you know it. He did it the way it was intended to be done.

Sort of. He left OSU because he didn't win the job. At least got his degree from there.

Ironically, based on all the OSU QB transfers, one could presume that Fields would have not gotten a single down of playing time at OSU as a freshman and might have transferred to UGA if the shoe was on the other foot.

He claimed that the university was supporting a racist environment by punishing a baseball player for using a racist word? Sounds like an excuse to me.

Does it matter... they both transferred. It happens all the time, everyday. Joe was behind Haskins and Fields was behind Fromm. Even if it wasn't due to a racist remark which a poster here showed a link that that indeed was true.
