I have a source that says 75% of practice time will be spent on victory knee.

Unfortunately we have the real sec teams left instead of the big 12 ball. So we may not get to use it as much till we play a similar state like Mississippi

Very important not to slam down on one’s victory knee, as that could be damaging. Definitely smart to practice it. Start with some simple reverse lunges without setting the knee down then go lower and learn to engage the ground gently. Finally, add the weight of the football, and rep 10 more times.
