That's mighty big of you. I'm sure they appreciate it.

There is so much more to that situation than just playing time!

The Georgia Program did nothing wrong! My whole family went to GA, my Dad played there in the 50's, I will always pull for the Dawgs as long as they aren't playing Bama. What Fields did trying to drag GA thru the mud as a racist institution is disgraceful.

I mentioned on here that my daughter played travel softball and a lot of you guys made fun about of her. She played in the Kennesaw area and is 1 year behind Justin's sister, they shared the same coach for a few years. Interesting stuff.

yes, he is a can't miss superstar now, but it's all hindsight. The Fromm-Fields and Haskins-Burrow outcome is somewhat similar. Fromm is a decent QB who if he had the full scope of weapons at Georgia like Fields has at OSU would be much, much better. He really doesn't have but one competent receiver to work with. Smart was in a quandary because with what he wants to do Fromm is the perfect fit...They were successful last year so why not go with the guy. I understand that. So happens Fields knew where he wanted to go to utilizre his immense talent and he might win a national title this year... What I didn't realize about Fields is his coolness and even more, his guts...Playing with a heavy knee brace on and excelling. I think Fields would have won a few more games for Ga. this year, but not much. There is also no doubt in my mind that if Burrow had stayed at OSU and played this year he would have had the same results...

I don’t blame them for the field’s situation either. They certainly would have protected their players legs if responsible for the condition of the championship game field.

Going ahead and predicting the Baylor bowl game loss. I'm chalking it up as probable given our offensive struggles and likely a big name or two sitting out the bowl game.

the only hope I have for the bowl game is that we literally have last year as a reference for what can happen if we sleepwalk in there. I'm sure we aren't going to be as fired up as they are, and I'm sure som eof our best players will be sitting out (or hurt). I can only hope that last year fuels the fire a little. I have no doubt we beat baylor in october but who knows in the bowl game.

ummm..it sorta did. At least, he blamed racism for his wanting to transfer, I guess you can split hairs on the semantics of the whole thing.
