You mean if LSU had lost its only significant game, its best win was over a #19 team at home, and it didn't even play in the SECCG.
Well, in that case I would not demand that LSU be in the playoff. I would hope that LSU squeaked in, but I would not expect it or melt when others suggested that LSU was undeserving.
