Just proves he had elite talent at Tenn and LSU. With average talent you get the results you got at A&M and now Ark.

Chavis’ one year contract is pretty much the least of our concerns.

Our offense throws an interception every other possession so it hasn’t really been fair on our D.

And he wasted a shite-load of talent at UT too....Had several losses a good DC would have never lost.

No complaints from LSU fans with Aranda! I fear the NFL will come calling if LSU has a great year! Man seriously knows defense.

Aranda

This man will be in higher demand at the end of the year than he was last year. He will be able to write his own paycheck as a DC in college or pros if he doesn't go somewhere as a HC (he may not be ready for that, yet, though).

He is already the highest paid coordinator in the country. I think he’s already writing his own pay check

Yeah 6 interceptions will make any defense look awful. The whole team is horrible. Not sure any coach would have much success with it right now

I knew he was up there, but didn't know that.

it's clear now that chavis was done in 2014. lsu finally gets mett rolling and chavis starts blowing games left and right. the defense could no longer be counted on. he was never the same after that.

Hopefully he loves where he is and stays put. The man is a savant when it comes to defense.

I say we give him a raise again to keep him at LSU.

I say we pay him like a head coach and if he just wants to be an HC, then we make a spot.

Armada is the brains of the operation at LSU. No doubt about it.
