How would you feel if Michigan actually wins a baseball national title?

College Baseball is boring and drags too slowly for grown men to actually find the time in life to watch day after day.
Auburn made the World Series (or whatever it is called), and it was "new" but exceedingly forgettable.
It was a waste of time.
Maybe a shorter season with something like "tournaments" each weekend with 4 different teams across the Nation would be better.
I now know why Auburn doesn't fund this particular sport. Very over-rated.
Best of luck to Michigan, however!

Auburn is making renovations on their baseball stadium as you type. Making a World Series is most certainly a feat, and a waste of whose time? Yours? No one gives a damn about your time, it’s fans like you that give auburn fans the rap the have and it’s sad because auburn is probably the best athletic program in the country over the last 2 years and I fear many of you idiots haven’t batted an eye. Butch Thompson is building something and whether you care or not it’s happening and auburn is in fact putting money into it.

It would be a hard-fought title for them and would give the Big Ten its first baseball title in 53 years.

Auburn students payed for renovations to the Baseball Stadium in 2006 with a 13% hike in our tuition fees. Believe me, I know where that money has went, and will go, going forward. Don't lecture me about my own Alma Mater. Baseball is fine, but it is a drain of resources and a waste of time other than a club-type sport. Baseball is just not that popular on the Plains. It is boring. Wrestling, Soccer or Swimming would fit us better in the future.

No one cares what you think is boring, baseball is America’s sport and it is growing rapidly around the country especially in the SEC. I don’t care where you graduated from you’re just wrong baseball is popular on the plains as of now. Up until 3 years ago basketball wasn’t even an after thought at auburn but look at it now. Can't be any worse for them than watching Coastal win one a few years ago.
Hell Vandy winning their second should be up there too. Corbin has turned them into a prominent power but before him they weren't much to look at

It would be great for college baseball. It would suck for Vandy and the SEC, but it would be great for the rest of baseball.

I would laugh because entering the post season their RPI was 40.
SEC fans spend all season obsessing while a program that has little to no fans and was a last four in swoops in and wins the title.
