It is doubtful that Myles Bremmam will be able to support burrow's legacy. But how much other talent is lsu losing? Burrow isnt the whole team, unlike Scam with Allbums back in 2010.
I think Lsu takes a noticeable but not significant step back. Not cfp caliber next season but easily in range of a top 10 finish. it will be a good test for Ed O.
Can O outsmart Saban again? We will see... many Bama fans, including myself, are suspicious that with out a talent advantage, Saban cannot win a strategic matchup. Saw that with Awbums and lsu this season.

Will probably be something like Bama without Tua

Definitely longer than Tua's hip

Depends on if you believe Burrow is a system QB or not. The SEC better hope he isn’t because Brennan’s arm is significantly better than Burrow’s.

His arm is better? More power or more accurate?

Same can be said about bama and Tua.

Definitely more zip. Not sure you can be more accurate than Burrow.

If it looks like a melt, sounds like a melt, smells like a melt, & tastes like a melt, then it's probably a melt...

Same way all the other programs in the past that have great systems ...OU has a Heisman candidate every year...as does Ohio State and Oregon and Clemson etc. you really think it’s all about Burrow as opposed to Brady?

It’s stronger.
No one will touch Burrow’s completion % for a while. His accuracy is silly.

Yeah, I always laugh when people around here point to Burrow’s numbers last year to say that it’s all Joe Brady. If that’s true, the SEC is fricked.
To the OP: Obligatory “this thread again??”
Brennan probably has a stronger arm than Burrow, and I think their accuracy (in terms of putting the ball in the right spot) is fairly close. The thing with Brennan is that he throws every ball on a rope.. I’ve seen a few bounce off of receivers’ hands because Brennan throws HARD.. think Brett Favre. Some of that is probably because there’s a change of pace compared to Burrow that takes some adjustment in the receivers’ part. But Burrow’s touch on the ball is excellent.
Brennan doesn’t have Burrow’s speed, he’s more of a prototypical pocket passer. The big question marks are the intangibles.. can Brennan match Joe’s work ethic, leadership, and football IQ? Probably a stretch to expect him to step right into Joe’s shoes in that regard, but remains to be seen.
I expect the offense to adapt to Brennan’s strengths next year.. I think we will run more RPO to simplify some of the reads, capitalize on Brennan’s crazy-fast release, and compensate for losing CEH’s receiving abilities. Our WR corps will still be stacked though so Myles will have weapons. Overall offensive efficiency will likely drop a bit, but the explosiveness should still be there.

LSU is losing the greatest quarterback they ever had BUT they will still have a good quarterback and loaded with talent all over the field. Not to mention a red hot coaching staff.
And they will beat bama in Baton Rouge. Bama is in a decline. The game has caught up to little nicky and will begin to surpass him, at which he will leave. FACT

Far better than Alabama holds up without Tua. Thank you very much.

They will be fine this team has loads of talent. If Brennan takes to this offense as a QB they will be very good.
