This 5 1/2 minute video is a good instruction for teams that want to beat Alabama in 2016 and 2017.

We do have certain tendencies and weaknesses that can be exploited based on this video.

Does it involve cutting bus brake lines or strong laxatives in the chocolate?

Didn't watch. Am not going to watch a video on the benefits of putting strong laxatives in their chocolate.

Ole Miss is going to be facing a VERY angry Alabama team this time around.

To be fair, that is what they faced this year.

If anything, playing with too much emotion might have lead to some of the turnovers.

That's what Saban said. The players had way too much emotion in that game against Ole Miss. Also, and I know this is hindsight, it might have been a better idea to start Coker instead of Bateman. Because by the time Coker got into that game Ole Miss was already up 17-3.

They were angry last year. I'd prefer they set the emotions aside and remember it's just Ole miss.

51-10-2 in favor of Bama with 40% of those wins coming in the last 15 years.

Average margin of victory: Alabama 29.1 - Mississippi 11.6

Not sure being Ole Miss is the key.

I'll admit I liked the pre-black bear Ole miss better. They jumped up to a 33% win % since the change. So, maybe that's it. The key is changing your mascot.

1. Hope for a bunch of unforced turnovers.

2. Hope for a bunch of lucky/tricky/fluke plays.

3. Have your QB have an awesome game.

It's just that easy.
