Lets be real. Jimbo won’t be winning anything anytime soon. Program is doomed for failure. My bet is the American Athletic Conference. They can try and create a legitimate rivalry with the University of Houston

Hopefully ASAP. They don’t fit in here at all. They are so annoyingly optimistic it’s just ridiculous. Whether they’re 7-5 or 8-4 they are worldbeaters in their own minds.

Pretty sure they are exactly where they want to be. As far as winning, they have the money, facilities, and the want by the alumni to win in all sports.

They treat their team like a little league parent treats their kid. Aggy athletics are above reproach. No criticism at all allowed from their fans. I couldn’t think of another fanbase that would fit in less in the SEC.

.aggy is never leaving the SEC. It’s their identity, they have nothing else to hang their hats on. .aggy has nowhere else to go.

You know what, you're right. We were the only team last year besides Bama that didn't suck in an "SEC down year". Maybe we really don't belong.

This year could be the turning point in the SEC West. LSU, and at times Auburn, have held down the second rung. ATM could display them this year.

I think their fanbase and alumni are happy as long as they believe they're right on the cusp of winning something, and that cusp can be as low as Independence Bowl.

No, you still sucked, it's just that everyone else sucked so bad you looked less sucky by default.
