This argument is fricking stupid. If you're fan it's just easier to say we colloquially. Anybody that has issue with it is usually a doucher

I've been going to ole miss games since I was six months old whole family went there have a house in Oxford haven't missed a home game since fourth grade with the exception of when I played competitive basketball I'm eighth grade and had tournaments every weekend...... Ole miss is a huge part of my life so I usually say we... I will attend there In 2015

Honestly, non alums can be fans of a team, but they aren't nearly as passionate or true as alums are.

ETA: family of alums can be. But redneck distant family are just walmart fans like the rest.

I do, and DGAF if anyone thinks it's wrong. I went to and graduated from UGA, so when referring to teams representing UGA I say "we". Big deal.

I disagree about the passion. The craziest OM fans I know never attended a class there. They shriek incessantly the whole game.

nah. They're not there when the team loses though. They may shriek and cheer during a winning season, but when times get tough they take their fandom somewhere else.

That's bullshite. I know plenty of people that take losses hard but have been fans for life. Just like I've between a die hard saints fan my whole life even though we sucked most of my life. Didn't stop me from watching all the games though.
