I can't speak on behalf of my fellow Tiger brethren.
What I can tell you, is that whether we want to admit it or not, 1/9 hurt. It hurt bad. We dislike Bama for multiple reasons. The Bear's streak in Death Valley, Nick going there to be your coach, being the beneficiary of alot of conference moves, etc. Factor in the fact that we beat you at BDS and still had to play you again in the NC. Those are not easy things for a fan to swallow. Then we bust arse and whoop you up and down the field in the second half this year, only to lose it on a frickin screen when we were caught in a blitz. All that buildup and talk of revenge...gone.
Alot of that bitching and whining is a result of everything that I just mentioned. It's caused us to re-evaluate our views on the current state of the conference, and yeah...we've got some problems with it. It's not like anything is going to be done about it, so I don't know why you're making such a big deal about it. Let us bitch and complain, and then those feelings will pass, and we'll be fine.

My point is that no one ever seems to bring up that if LSU had just beaten Alabama, LSU would've been in the SECCG, playing for the BCSNC just like Bama. And none of this scheduling stuff would matter. Just once I'd like to see an LSU fan say, "Just win our games and this won't matter." That's what most fans of most teams would say.

I think you're latching onto the things you want to latch onto and an LSU site gives you a lot more material to latch onto. I'm quite sure if Alabama boards didn't go into lockdown mode with other teams' fans posted, there would be plenty of mouthbreather material to harvest.

You try to act like Bama fans are perfect and LSU fans only whine and bitch. Get some new material because ALL fanbases have these people. I'm sure Bama boards from 2000 to 2007 were freaking FULL of these retards.
