How long before someone says LSU should drop Tigers?

According to LSU football tradition, the name came from a Civil War regiment known as the Louisiana Tigers, which distinguished itself with its fighting spirit in the battle of the Shenandoah Valley, where it was said they 'fought like tigers,'"

People seem to forget that monuments were made to bring about healing and reconciling the nation.
It's also why we have monuments of leaders.
But this movement is not about that. It is about power and socialism vs a nation who worked through horrible periods as it continues to strive for perfection.
This movement seeks to undo that in the name of social justice. It is about division so they can control.
Statues of Columbus have been taken down in several states and towns.

Churchill.

Mizzou..
It's not going to stop because we have been told that we can not share opinions in sports. "Keep politics out of it" Yeah well.... It's staring you in the face FROM sports.

Likely not going to happen. There is enough distance between having a tiger mascot and why the mascot was chosen.
It’s way different than having a mascot/name that is actually a direct reference to times of slavery/racism (ex. Ole Miss, Redskins)
