I think 10 win seasons will start by year 3, playoffs are a possibility by year 4 or 5.

If he doesn't, you will know it's University leadership. Think it takes his 3-4 seasons and even then, he has to Overcome Bama.

I don’t know but I absolutely love the attention to detail I’ve seen from him and his old school hard arse coaching style. If anything, the Aggies will surely be a tougher out than they ever were under Sumlin.
I expect the team to really show a salty side that frankly hasn’t been around since the days of Slocum and earlier yet.

If aTm has not shown improvement by year 2 and is not a legit threat in the west, then we will know he is a flop. For the record, I think they will be contending.

Jimbo is a good football coach and he will do very well at A&M. Bama,LSU,A&M,and the Barn is one tuff group of football teams to contend with each year.
