How far is the LSU Campus from the old Cortana Mall?

Just curious what could be done with the campus after the FBI, Department of Ed, and other federal agencies finish gang banging the University.
Maybe the State could sell it to Amazon where they could refurb the buildings into apartments?

It’s a legitimate question. LSU is in serious trouble with federal agencies that could likely end in the University losing accreditation and that would kill the university.
It’s a beautiful campus with potential. Like was mentioned above The Lofts at Red Stick have a nice ring. It’s got Mikes compound where families can go by and see the Tiger and feed him steaks.
