How does Jim Harbaugh still have a job? The most overrated coach in the country.

How does he get a pass every year no matter what. In 6 years he has never beaten Ohio State. No titles at any level not even a division title.
Guy is a survivor no matter how many losses.
He is 2-11 vs top 10 while at Michigan.
He is a con man.

Michigan is “pot committed”...all in with Jim.
Michigan fans want him gone.
Ultimately, the university has coaching search fatigue.

Oral Roberts has more wins against Ohio State than Harbaugh

I think he is a good NFL coach, but doesn't really relate well to college kids. I'm surprised he is still at Michigan as well

He's a decent enough coach. He just has crazy expectations and is a weird guy.

They may not can afford to get rid of him. A&M will be in same boat with Jimbo. At least Jimbo got them a great season this past year though

A&M is happy with Fisher. And we have money that Michigan can only dream of if our fanbase grows tired of him, anyway. Not sure why they would, because the man just fits the school like a glove
Fisher is just getting started at A&M.

Michigan should have taken Miles in his prime.

By reading online it is surprising how many Michigan fans support him 100%. It is like he is untouchable.
He has more job security than Nick Saban.

You know what has hurt Michigan more than anything
The state doesn't put out the talent it used to back when the auto industry was thriving
Plus they are not going into other states and cherrypicking players from Ohio or Pennsylvania or anywhere in the south like Texas

He has sucked since he has been there! If Michigan doesn't fire him after this year then their are as dumb as he is!!!

Their recruiting support staff was too ugly

He is the Mike Shula of Michigan.
- former team QB who won a few games
- former NFL level coaching experience
- selected to be the football coach out of desperation
- mediocre performance as the coach back at the college level

Weird that he isn't able to connect with them at his sleepovers.

Interesting hypothesis.
I've never considered that as being related, but you may be on to something.

Difference is Alabama fired Shula.

I suspect it is just a matter of time if the current arc of success continues.

Absolutely correct. Michigan's best days are behind them. Wisconsin is doing something Nebraska used to do, and Michigan should emulate.

If Jim Tressel or Urban Meyer were 0-6 vs Michigan they would be gone by now. Even to us OSU fans ,we are puzzled how Harbaugh is teflon but his buy out has to be gigantic . That being said ,we are glad he is still there as we beat his arse every year .

Ryan Day will continue to snag top players from Michigan as well. And he doesnt have to do a sleepover at heir house like Harbaugh does
