There's even cheating at the local levels (High Schools), and who hasn't seen adults losing their S%#t over 7-11 years old playing the game. Even to the point of physical violence! Many adults poison the environment because certain kids/teenagers/adults are treated differently from early on; all because they can play a game well, and when we have some adult target a young person, who can further their desires. It's game on.... This thinkign/behavior is part of our culture, so just attacking this at the college level won't do. Suppose some can lead by example, but it's gotta to start somewhere. I know one thing, uneven punishments like what we witnessed with Missouri won't be a good place to start. Now if "ALL" adults started treating young athletes, who have skills, just like everyone else. We wouldn't train folks into thinking this is the norm, that'd be a decent place to start. Adults who put these young athlete on huge pedestals daily create this environment. Then these kids go onto to become those adults because that's what they've been taught what is.
