NCAA Major Violations

UofSC has the same number of major violations as Alabama, and more than LSU or Clemson.

Y'all are cheaters.
Truth stings, buddy.

$100 handshakes for example happen everywhere, and I don't consider that cheating.

You work for the NCAA?

Wow. That's awesome.

Maybe that just means they aren't as good at not getting caught.

Back in the day the number of issues you had with the NCAA had more to do with who was turning you in than if you were cheating more than anyone else...there is a honor among thieves code nowadays, outside of Mississippi.

UofSC conspiracy theories aside, NCAA says otherwise.

The dirtiest schools right now are Ole Miss, Miss St, Tennessee, Auburn, Georgia and LSU.

All doing everything they can to catch up with Bama in prestige.

Bama would have been much higher 10 years ago, but Saban has a well oiled machine and doesn't have to cheat nearly as much.

All Power 5 schools are doing something under the table and probably in all major sports, including football, hoops and baseball.

I think in a lot of instances the schools themselves may not even know everything that goes on. Whether it's a booster that comps a meal, discounted deals on a car or rent on an apartment. Some of it is boosters good faith not knowing or not caring what the trivial NCAA rules are. It will continue to go on under the current NCAA model as there is no way for the NCAA to enforce it all.

Traffic tickets vs felonies.

But I guess you can only understand that if you are in law enforcement right?

UGA's about a 2 or 3...never in its history has UGA had any wins redacted nor had its record changed nor had bowl game bans nor television bans. The worst infraction at UGA in the football program involved a player who received illegal benefits resulting in a four-game suspension (2014).

The Jan Kemp saga back in the mid-1980's was about school official's bias in passing football players that resulted in her lawsuit against the university. No NCAA infractions were involved.

Just hope the NCAA doesn't take a hard look at Georgia right now, there is some Ole Mi$$ type stuff going on now.

You don't have to ask. Look at the records. Like Parcells used to preach: you are what your record says you are.

MSU cheats at a level of about 7-8 wins per year, lately

Depends what era:

Texas w/ Charlie Strong: 4-5
Texas w/ Tom Herman: 9-10 probably

Any team worth a damn that thinks they're below a 5 is naive
