Ask the good lord to discount the $119.00 7 oz. bottles of Purell on Amazon.

I’ll ask Him to provide your family with what you need.

No.
Honestly to everyone else it’s prob not a big deal but I’m about give my notice after 15 years of being at the same place. And I know this makes me sound like a fruitcake but I don’t have another one lined up, I’ve not even got my resume ready. I’m taking a break - I have several projects that need to be done that have been sitting due to lack of time combined with some laziness but mostly lack of time. One of those projects included getting a house ready to sell. Anyway, I’ve been miserable lately, there’s never ever going to be a good time (ok maybe some better than pandemic economy hit time) but screw it I’m luckier than a lot financially and I’m not getting any younger and the last 2 years have been exhausting mentally and emotionally and, in a nutshell, frick it, I’m jumping off the high dive.

For me, there's no amount of money that will make it worth feeling this way day in and day out. Sounds like a pretty big deal to me.
Getting a house ready to sell can be both cathartic and infuriating at the same time. I've been helping a friend get a rent house ready to sell.

Just make sure you do it while you can before the government bans prayer too to fight the coronavirus. We already can’t go to church.

I think so, I cried all Friday night and I’ve been crying at work lately on the semi regular basis and I’m seriously not a crier. I need to recharge and be me again instead of that person who flinches every time someone adds to my stack of todos at work. Anyway after the tear fest I spent the rest of the weekend thinking and realized it’s not necessarily the job it’s me and me being there, I need a break. Once I came to that realization the bitterness left (at least for now ha) and I figured out I would be ok a while without a job, it’s like the weight of the world lifted off me. I’m a very passive wishy washy person at times but I don’t think I’ve ever been more certain than I am right now that it’s the best thing I can do.

Thanks for doing this, EKG. You're definitely a good 'un.

Thanks, piggi. Same to you while you make this change. It’s a hard decision to make but life is too short to be that miserable.

I am so sorry to hear the news but glad that there is treatment. She and you will be in our prayers.

Honestly. Pray for patience, especially as we approach a 2nd month of isolation.

No job is worth that. Stress weakens the body and the soul,so go with your gut feeling and do what makes you feel better. Things will get better and it looks like you have made a lot of friends on here that are rooting for you. I am joining that fan club. Bless you.
