He's received his buyout. On what leg can he stand? The world watched him completely derail a power 5 program in less than five years, and academic fraud happened under his watch, yet it's Ole Miss' fault no notable programs want to go through the shitshow Ole Miss did? Even if everyone from quarterback Shea Patterson to kicker Gary Wunderlich was 100% bought and could blackmail the program with that status, they have far more discipline than the team ever did under Hootie Dale
