very little offense in most of the games, especially today. Perhaps another park for this tournament would be more fun, I don't know.

Yea I’ve seen some balls crushed that didn’t even make it to the warning track. I think most teams have burned through their best pitching. I predict some fireworks over the weekend.

yeah, Omaha is a big park as well. But more runs are scored in the CWS than in the SEC tourney...of course, that may have something to do with the teams playing those tourneys...Those big parks play to the strength of teams like A&M and Georgia.

Pitching has been really good, too. But it plays big. Always has. Nothing wrong with that if you have intentions of getting to Omaha. Biggest difference out there is the wind; typically blowing in from the South.

Then let me go put some money on GA to win the whole thing. I really hope State loses today. If we pitch Ginn and win today, then we’re gonna be piecing it together in the semis and maybe finals. Not a good look when regionals are coming

Plumlee could use some innings in the semis vs Vandy. I don't care after that. an Ole Miss vs State final would be fun to watch but I don't either us playing on Sunday.

I’d hate to see Plumlee get drilled by Vandy though. He’s been pitching so well, and I’m sure his confidence is high. Don’t want to rock that boat.

I’m honestly at peace with the whole thing; I just wanted to see us compete and win a couple. If we lose Saturday, we get some more rest for next weekend. If we win, we throw an ace on championship Sunday. Win-win
