Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that a person in Burns' position is not allowed to recruit. Maybe they get to meet players if they get on campus?

Nope. He couldn’t travel to recruit after his knee surgery so he moved to an off-field position

Burton hasn't recruited in a while - was part of the reason he moved off field. Wanted to be around more with his grandkids I believe.

Except if you'd paid attention you'd know he hasn't been recruiting for the last 2 seasons.
