Well he is apparently french and has kind of a cute nerdy looking GF. He apparently works at ALTEC. Other than that, I can't tell much. Most of his profile is in what looks to be French although my lingual skill are mostly confined to the Cuni type so I'm not entirely sure on that.

Jeremy Proot

He's never been a head coach, even in high school, so who knows. With the state of things at Tennessee, you guys seriously needed a proven coach, and one who won't have to learn on the job. Totally don't understand why Phil Fulmer undermined the Leach deal. That was your best bet.

You don't? Fulmer can not stand anybody at Tennessee that might soil his (Fulmer's) reputation. Heaven forbid that a coach comes in and wins at a higher rate, competes for and wins SEC/National Titles, etc....

Coach Pruitt might do just that, but Fulmer is betting a first time Head Coach will not be able to, at least for some time.......

Even after realizing the damage Fulmer did to UT, the UT administration and fans still let him back....They get what they deserve.....

Y'all needed a proven HC in the worst way, with years of experience managing a staff, handling boosters, operating the details of a big time football. The last thing you needed was a guy that will be learning on the job with a rabid fan base that wants instantaneous improvement.

Pruitt may turn out fine, but he's a risk hire.

I feel confident that before the end of his 2nd season, Pruitt will show up drunk on Phil's doorstep wanting to fight him.

Did they ever say why uTenn didn't take Leach? As a UGA fan he was the only coaching candidate I was legitimately worried could come in and shake things up for the ole kirbster.

Tennessee is done as a program. They will forever more fight for 4th to 2nd spot in the SEC east.

He's a fine D coordinator. No clue about him as a head coach.
Personally, I think he's going to suck. He doesn't strike me as a very smart dude. His defenses are really blitz-happy. I liked Kirby Smart better. Just sayin
